Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. Weekends typically require 1–2 weeks’ notice, and we recommend sharing 2–3 preferred dates so we can check availability.

If you are flexible for a weekday session, booking 2–3 days in advance is usually sufficient.
Please contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat to secure your slot.

We shoot Monday to Sunday. The earliest start time is 9:00 AM, and the latest start time is 4:00 PM. Share your preferred time and we will do our best to arrange your ideal date and slot.

Estimated duration: Portrait sessions take about 3–4 hours; Photoshoots take about 4–5 hours (based on two outfits).

Yes.
Please pay the deposit within 3 days of booking to confirm your slot.
If payment is not received, the booking will be cancelled.

We understand plans can change. You may reschedule by informing us 1–2 days in advance with your next available dates, and we will do our best to accommodate.
If rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of the session, a 30% service fee (based on your package price) will apply.

We recommend washing your hair the night before. A face mask may help makeup apply better, and please remove underarm hair in advance. On the day, apply only basic moisturiser and primer; our makeup artist will handle the rest.
For women: bring nude/white leggings and nipple covers (useful for thin fabrics). For men: bring one pair each of black and white socks.
If you have sensitive skin, you may bring your usual skincare or makeup products.
We strongly advise against bringing valuables or jewellery. If you do, please keep them with you at all times. Staff are not permitted to hold clients’ valuables, and the studio is not responsible for loss.

Yes. We provide a private changing room for you to prepare and relax before the session.
It is fully equipped with essentials such as a steamer, hangers, and safety pins.

Can I choose my photographer?

We typically assign the most suitable photographer for your session. Rest assured, all our in-house photographers have years of experience across various styles.
If you have a preferred photographer, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

Post-production takes time. Unretouched images are delivered within 3 days, and retouched images take around 20 days.

Absolutely. We welcome personal props to enhance your shoot—balloons, toys, flowers, or anything you’d like in the frame.

We operate by appointment, as our photographers and makeup artists are scheduled based on daily sessions. To avoid a wasted trip, please book in advance.

At the moment, we do not offer group or “bring-a-friend” promotions.
However, we are planning future benefits for long-term clients—stay tuned.

Our studio spans Levels 1 to 3. Please note that there is no lift on-site.
